[Milsurplus] Tube Electronics Question

Hi,

My experience with vacuum tube electronics is somewhat limited. Does
anybody know roughly what precision to expect from tube electronics.

Specifically, I'm looking at a TS-251 for generating test LORAN-A signals.
This is basically a keyed oscillator of around 2 MHz, with the keying rate
determined by a crystal oscillator and frequency divider.

I'm interested in opinions as to the pulse amplitude and length
variations, from pulse to pulse. Should they be w/in 1%, 10%, what?
