[Milsurplus] Class 26?

Hopefully this isn't too far off topic...


What is the definition of the term Class 26?  I've seen
it used for aircraft, and I think it has to do with the
dispostion of aircraft no longer serviceable. Somewhere
I think I may have seen it in reference to electronic
gear as well, but not sure. Just wondering what the
official definition is.

I tried Google, but no matter how I worded the search
string, came up without an answer.
