[Milsurplus] bouncing bomb ???

Ben,
A "bounce" is when a list server sends you an email and it is returned as
"undeliverable".
Often, this happens because your ISP has received excessive SPAM from the
server for the list.
QTH.net seems to have gotten itself onto the bad side od SpamCop or
another similar service. Some messages from QTH wind up in my SPAM file.
You need to contact your ISP.
