[Milsurplus] TCS-9 Output matching?

The CU-837/URC is a small box with switchable capacitors for using
standard 50 ohm coax with the TCS. Common use was with an AN/SRA-22
tuner topside feeding a 35' whip. I've posted photos and a schematic

The spec sheet I have says the TN-233/SRC is equivalent to the more
common Navy Type 47205 tuning coil but with coax connectors and an
internal dummy load. Hence the specified 3" diameter (!) hardline from
tuner to antenna. Surely a rare instance of an HF transmitter weighing
less than a few feet of attached feedline.
