Assuming that you mean the man-carried one, the reel is RL-39 (frame and 
crank/axle) which carries a Spool DR-8.  The RL-39 is covered in TM 11-2250 on 
Reel Equipment CE-11.  CE-11 is RL-39, DR-8, Sound Powered Handset TS-10, 
Strap ST-33 (neck strap for the TS-10), and Straps ST-34 and ST-35 (for the 
reel).
