[Milsurplus] RBM- question

CAY-21387, CCT-21387 or CAY-21387A.  Somewhat unusual appearance for a 
dynamotor supply.  Looks vaguely like a BC-614.  Meter in the center of the 
front panel.  Two dynamotors inside the cabinet.  Controls are mostly 
mirror-imaged to the left and right of center.
