Secrets of RF Design - Joseph J. Carr - 3RD edition 2001 - Softbound -  RF bench companion - A "how to" reference for engineers or technicians working in the RF region.  Very practically written approach to a tough subject.

Low Band DXing - John Devoldere ON4UN - 2ND edition - 1994 - Softbound - A guide to DXing on 160,80,40m. Antennas, DX technique.

Lafayette Radio Corporation Catalog #94 - printed 1944 - Tons of parts - 6L6 tubes only $1.12 ea!

RADIO Devices and Communications - printed 1922 - Frances Doane - Starts with electricity and magnetism then radio devices then spark gap radio. Illustrated.  Final chapter is gridded tube radio circuits.  Hard to belive but this book is 89 years old and has only one half torn page. 

Left Coast Handbooks  - The Radio Handbook by Editors and Engineers.
8th edition - printed 1942 - edges of hard binding are frayed in places, good spine - this is the only Radio Handbook I have seen with a catalog section at the rear.  Just like the old ARRL hanbook.
11th edition printed 1947 - Some yellowing to the pages, otherwise good condition.
16th edition - printed 1962 
20th edition - printed 1975
