[Milsurplus] 1980's Navy R-390A's

There were also a lot of ships decommissioned in the mid to late 70's, most 
of which would still have had R-390's aboard.  Plus it wasn't especially 
unusual for there to be comm gear aboard that had been "procurred" through 
other than normal channels.
