[Milsurplus] Need help with ART-13

Bob,

The connection should (1200v) CT to one end of the 12.5 ohm resistor  
and the other end of the resistor should go to chassis ground in your  
PS.  Chassis ground in the PS should, in turn, be connected to both  
pins 5 and 9 on the ATC input connector.  There should also be a  
connection between the (1200v) CT  and pin 2 on the ATC input connector.

Sketch of a PS I helped another guy build forwarded off list.  Rough  
but shows all essentials.
