Interesting, appears to use a capacitive divider circuit.  What were  
the instructions for the use of this device, i.e., was the roller coil  
in the TCS set to minimum inductance or something else as part of the  
loading procedure?  I've always used a single series cap of around 100  
mmfd or so with
my TCS and other rigs of the period which requires cranking in more or  
less series inductance to optimize the match.   Shunting the same
100 mmfd cap to ground, BTW, forms an "L" network which works FB for  
matching end-fed half wave wires.
