Thanks, Dave.  It was bothering me that the set seemed to be something
I should recognize, but I was drawing a blank.  I've got two RT-695/PRC-41
units in storage.  I've never seen one configured as a backpack set before
seeing this photo.  A lot of them were distributed to small units like
the PCF ("Swift") boats in Vietnam.  I suspect they stayed on 243 MHz
most of the time.
