The APR-5 and SPR-2 had the capability with change of the mixer hardware
to cover the bands 1,000-3,100MHz and 3,030-6,070MHz. The lower band
used a CV-13/APR-5 mixer, while the upper band used a CV-12/APR-6
mixer. The upper band was a harmonic of the lower range of 1,500MHz to
3,100MHz, and some frequency dials included those designations on them.
The one on ebay appears to have the so-called "vertical" mixer, which
covered the upper frequency band.
