[Milsurplus] another whatsit?

It's a 300-1000 MHz RADAR surveilance receiver. It is a companion to the
SPA-1 Analyzer.

It is similar to the APR-4 and RDO, but is a single bander w/o plug-ins.

The shipping is high, IMO, and it has seen some ham-hacking it looks like.
Too bad.
