[Milsurplus] Shipping foolishness

"A lot of this foolishness is due to the options offered the ebay seller. 
For example, the so-called "standard shipping"."

When I sold on ebay, I had to choose the method by shipper and service they 
offered, which no doubt proved to be WAY to complex for the average idiot. 
Not sure how it's done now, most options seem to be "Standard Delivery", a 
service I have yet to find offered by any carrier.  "Flat Rate" is another 
annoyance, could be USPS flat rate, or the sellers "flat rate", which can be 
anything THEY choose.  An auction I won today states "$12.00 Economy 
Shipping".  God only knows who offers that service, it might come by Mule 
for all I know...
