That may have been a nice photo* of the SX-28, and a speaker never used in service, but did anyone else catch the receiver barely in the background at minute 22, behind the hand sending Morse from the fixed site?  The ubiquitous RCA AR-88.  So the site could well have been Tangier, where the TX and RX sites were a few miles apart.
