Al & the gang -

   A CRI-43007 is a TBY of some sort, possibly a TBY-2. The 28 - 80 Mcs
frequency range is correct, but a TBY uses 3 ea. 958A acorn tubes, one
ea. 959 acorn tube, two ea. type 30 tubes, and a 1E7G tube. There is
also a large crystal in a socket next to the row of tubes in the lower
chassis. Four different voltages are required to run the radio,
furnished by a dry battery pack, or a vibrator power supply & 4 Volt
lead-acid battery, or a 110 Volt AC or DC supply.

A neat little radio, technology right out of the 1930s.

good luck with it
