Not that I know of.  It has been a particular pursuit of mine for 25 
years, and I still have a great many holes in coverage.   I have a pdf 
in the Operational Notes of the docs page of my website that has a 
snapshot of (primarily Navy) jammers and other countermeasures devices 
like receivers and antennas in October 1944, with the last page being 
USAAC jammers in ~1942-1943.  It still needs some cleaning up. but it's 
the best I have at the moment.
