[Milsurplus] Help ID a Navy relay

The relay in my hands is an NOS 4P4T relay of unknown origin.  Here are the
knowns:

The armature is stamped with the Navy anchor logo.

The individual relay components are labeled H-70874-1 (armature), H-70874-4
(coil),etc.

The drawing / component ID is possibly, H-70894 – 0 (guess) Relay assembly
(another guess).

The coil is approximately 5/8” in dia. and 2 ¼”long. It is wrapped in a
orangish brown insulated fabric.

The contact assembly has 4 pairs of contacts, all NO (normally open)

 

Anyone know the specs on this relay and the application?
