[Milsurplus] [ARC5] RU/RAT/RAV/RAX vs. GO, 1939 and Later

Quite a few pre-war and early war sets were ordered pretty much throughout 
the War.  Several SCR-178 components have 1943 Order dates.  BC-224's were 
ordered into 1944.  Etc.
