[Milsurplus] Identify this insulator?

I found this CML-47195 insulator. It almost looks like a feedthru, but both 
halves,
terminated by screw thread and solder lug, are butted up against each other 
and
provided with a metal bracket to secure it to a chassis. Must be just as a 
tie point
for superhigh voltage? Like in an antenna tuner?

I have these paper items for free:

5 MARS decals approx. 3 x 3 inches. These are old enuff that I don't 
guarantee
they will function as water-transfer decals any more. Scan them or use them
somehow as is. Colorful.  You get them all or I will divy up among
requestors.
