3000 miles round-trip at 20 MPG average = 150 gals. = $547 gas.
L:odging for 4 days 3 nights on the road 
(I'm old - 700 miles a day is my limit) = $260+
Oil change + 4 days grub + trailer rental = about another $200

Total price to got get a TCU that will need further investment,
not counting purchase price itself:   $1007.00

I like it... but not THAT much.
