For sale or trade or for the "right" good home:
Hallicrafters RUP from cold war era.  Remote tunable VHF receiver covering therange from high end of FM bcst band to 2 meter band (at least).  Complete but missingrear inspection cover and top servo motor plug in.  Looks like it can be manuallyoperated.  Built like a tank: rack mount, 3/16" mil spec paneling, large unit about19" x 24" tall.  I am located in Baton Rouge long I-10 corridor. I'm located in lower Louisiana (Baton Rouge) right on I-10.
I have a stack of 3 ART-13's in conditions very decent to a parts unit.
Also have two plug in tuning units covering 200-600 and 200-1500 khz(original GI) and one Coral Gables 4 freq xtal box tuner substitute.
If anyone has a growing passion to jump into this stuff AND is willingto drive down to Baton Rouge, I'll share photos in return for a generouscash offer and where your QTH is located.
