Military antenna

I have an AS-2259/GR military antenna that is new 
with the canvas case
that I got when I was planning to get a FT-817. I 
didn't get the radio
so I don't need the antenna. It is NEW in the bag. 
I bought it about a
month ago and have never used it. I can email pics 
on request. Please
respond direct only. I do NOT have the base 
section to hook coax to. I
have no idea what it is worth so make me an offer. 
I prefer cash but am
open to trades also. Again what you get is the 
canvas bag with
instructions, 7 tube sections and a top section. 
Again none of this has
been used but does have minor scratches from being 
in storage. Offers
