[Milsurplus] Info on a RCA AT-3 Transmitter

I have an original manual that I am in the process of scanning. I've
completed all the single pages (about 80) and am working on the
foldouts. I can send you what I have. There are 3 parts that range from
6 Mb to 10 Mb each.
The Canadian Army used them as well, calling it the C33 or "Maple Leaf"
set. It was painted brown.
