International Crystal should be able to make these for you at a
reasonable price. Tell them it's a CR-81/U, and the third overtone
frequency (the L.O. freq in this case, which is indeed the same for both
transmitter and receiver). Since CR-81/U is a MIL spec xtal, they
should have the specification on hand. It would hurt to mention that
it's for a PRT-4 or PRR-9--they may very well have made these for
others, and have an internal spec for it. In the very unlikely event
they don't know what it is, you could arrange to send them a sample,
which they could analyze.
