I was able just now to get in and look up something I knew would come up.
Look under Tools/Internet Options/Advanced (or the equivalent for whatever
you are using) and confirm that SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 are all checked.
Although it hasn't happened recently, I had a problem a year or two back
where every once in a while TLS 1.0 would get unchecked.
