That's a very good price for a quality straight key, even missing the
terminal cover.

As has been pointed out, the NT(Navy Type)-26003 is a very common
key for MF/HF aircraft radio installations of the late 1930s to 1960s.
It is to US Navy aircraft radio what the J-37 key is to AAF aircraft
radio.

It is just a generic version of the WWII Bendix MT-11B aircraft
transmitter key. Example:

I have several, most of which were removed from USN patrol aircraft
being scrapped near D-M AFB in Arizona. They were part of the
AN/ARC-38A and AN/ARC-94 installations on these aircraft. All of
those had the warning about depressing the key longer than two minutes,
but not all NT-26003 keys have that warning.

The NT-26003 is my favorite staight key of all time.
