[Milsurplus] ASB-5 Drawings

Hi all,

I've had a number of suggestions. I've gotten as far as being able to
break up the document into 5 separate files, BUT the process does a lot of
compression.

I'm using pdfFactory at the moment and it compresses a 4-5 MB file down to
130K, even when the compress function is turned off. The drawings are
nearly useless at 130K.
