Item nos 250705019317, 370439746693, 360307118029, 360307118091,
220716331433 pop right up when searching on MS116 or MS 116.

As Robert said, the top section is MS 118 and has a tiny little nipple
tip, no real corona ball to speak of. I've never seen a ball that fits
these, only those large tear drop shaped caps.
