[Milsurplus] 115 VAC 400 hz power

When I flew on Navy E-1B Tracers, with radial piston engines, the CSD 
(constant speed drive) held the 400 Hz generator output frequency to better 
than +/- 3 Hz for all normal engine speeds.  It was an amazing mechanical 
device with conical gears.
