[Milsurplus] Aircraft Electrical Question

I have couple late sixties dynamotor that produce three phase 115/400 cycle that have one leg grounded. So A to B = 120 volts, A to C ( with C grounded = 120 volts and b to C = 120 volts. So it's a true three phase system but C is grounded.
Weird thing is the dynamotor uses a solid state regulator to control output voltage so they are rather stable and good sources for 115/400 3 phase but the noise will run you out of the room.

I'm no expert but I thought it all comes from 3 phase Wye grounded neutral.
