[Milsurplus] Wanted, plug-in gadget that powers AC outlet when current drawn by other load

Well, the iVac unit arrived today and I was hoping to post a brief note 
tonight thanking everyone and reporting that it works fine.  Unfortunately, it 
doesn't work fine.  The panel mounted breakers are rated 12 amp (not 15 amp 
as stated on the Grizzly site - the ad writer obviously misread the 
instructions and/or never looked at one of the actual units).  The one running the 
saw trips before the saw ever gets up to speed.  The dust collector, being on 
the other circuit, shuts down several seconds later.

So I'm still looking, I guess for an industrial grade instead of consumer 
grade unit.  If anyone has a lighter duty saw and a need for this unit, let 
me know.
