Yes, I saw this. Like the BC-611, in its case it alters its  tuning. I 
would have thought, rather than cut up the set they could have just  made a 
tuning sleeve of metal, with holes where needed, tuned up then replaced  the 
original cover. 
 
Just goes to show how we all hacked these things about back  then. How how 
naughty we were, hi.
