[Milsurplus] ARC-38 control head connectors

I have some C-1399 ARC-38 control heads.  Does anyone know if the connectors for these heads are the same as they are for the C-1398 which is for the ARC-38A?  AMPhenol 3108-20-27S
 
Also i have a couple of RF cables that have what looks like a push on connector.  I mentioned this before and i think someone said it belonged to an APN or something like that piece of equipment.  I can provide a picture if anyone needs to see it.
