-Yes, this does exist, and may be informative for some uninitiated, but the
photos
are really not very good. And the statement that the SCR-194/195 was widely
used in WW2 by U.S. and allies - is that not misinformation? What do they
base that on??

>I was stunned last week whie listening to *The Marconi Net*. It was jammed
by someone who used extreme profanity. I certainly do not have tin ears and
can swear with the best but this stuff was sexual and bathroom language. My
wife was in the other room and she commented on what a fine demonstration of
the many $1000's of dollars worth of equipment this was showing off. I have
a grandson and sure do not want him hearing this. Maybe we need to bring
back the 20-WPM, tough theory and 1 shot novice license. Perhaps even
require first timers to build their own equipment. Hard earned is well
defended.

-Maybe the jammer already passed the tuff theory and the 20 WPM test.
How do you know otherwise? Plenty of jammers have already turned out
to have advanced licenses. As for the homebuild requirement, great.
That will certainly slow down the bootleggers as they call the 800-
phone number with their credit card in their hand. -Hue
