I have a working transceiver, type RT-524A/VRC, 30-75 MHZ. It could use alignment, but works through both bands on TX or RX. It's for serious buyers only, price $995 plus shipping.

OK, now we are down to the serious buyers. Here is what comes with it:

Handset H-250/U
Vehicle Mount
Battery Eliminator, 115/230 VAC to 12 VDC
Power Cable to Eliminator
2 19-Inch Rack Mounts, so you can use this in a fixed location.

The Transceiver is installed to the Vehicle Mount, which is installed in a Rack Mount. The Battery Eliminator is also installed in a Rack Mount.

I'll take images of this equipment, but only for interested parties.
