And for every copy you destroy I will place another PDF on the internet, a modification video on You Tube or another web page listing the legitimate history of Ham radio modification. Admittedly a BC-455 on ten today would be almost useless, epically when we can “Ham Hack” CB sets for that use but perhaps back in the fifties or sixties that may have been a low income hams only choice and if not modified it would have had less value and been disassembled for parts or simply thrown out. Ironic to think that if unmodified it may have rested twenty feet below the conversion manual in the landfill.
At least that’s my opinion on the subject, and we do live in a society where we can express and respect a broad diversity of opinions.

The harm inflicted on the world by so-called
ham "conversion manuals" cannot be expunged
by just throwing them in the trash.
Even when buried deep in a landfill,
their corrupting and destructive influence continues
to be spread by their hapless victims.
My order conducts dangerous, secret rituals
to expell these creatures
back to the Rhelm of Cogitatio Stulti
in the hope that, one day,
the world may be free of their evil....
