You could spend a lot of money and a lot of time on this,
get it running for a week and have the power transformer
smoke due to trapped moisture, or the tube sockets arc
due to mineral contamination, or a dozen other things.
No matter how "clean" you got it, 
you could never trust the thing.  My advice is to 
move on to the next project.  
I wouldn't buy it at any price.
