[Milsurplus] 24 Volt power supplies available

Yes, a switcher.  The newer ones are much quieter due to "intrusive government 
regulation" like CISPR22 Class B.

The PRC-104 is not exactly a rig to go scanning the bands with but I haven't had 
any problems on the frequencies I've listened or transmitted on.  So either I 
got lucky, they minimized noise, or both.
