Joe,
Ref TM 11-5820-334-10 (final revision) the official specs are that the
R-392/URR operates at rated performance from a supply of 25 to 30 VDC and draws
3 amperes (operation at reduced performance down to 22 volts). So yes, you
could actually operate two of them off of one brick. Your will want to run
the output voltage adjustment up to max.
