[Milsurplus] Apex Electronics

A lot of what I buy is not necessarily some rare radio set but some piece of 
equipment which I intend to scavenge parts from or heavily modify to do 
something I want.  In that case I'm not going to spend a king's ransom to buy 
some parts and it is likely the project won't ever start.
