[Milsurplus] Telefunken Rainbow receiver E127KW5

Beats me.  I never had any occasion to disassemble a Bird.  I didn't save 
the original email with the URL to a photo of the receiver and antenna cable. 
 The photo showed a partial front panel view of the receiver including two 
of the chassis mount connectors whose end does look like the end of the one 
on a BC-312/14/42/44 front panel.  And one coaxial cable terminated in what 
looks like a PL-259 attached to a right angle connector whose visible end 
looks like the coupling end of the straight connector that fits the Signal 
Corps sets. Fine thread short coupling nut and flat center conductor contact.  
As someone mentioned earlier, the coupling end is similar to one of the 
Amphenol Hi-Z microphone connectors.  But slightly larger.
