Can we do both at the same time?

Well, for me it's closer to about two (three?) years which is nowhere near
long enough although in a few cases, it's like we just met.

Let's see ... I read mostly science fiction which is also the genre of
movies I'm mostly likely to rent/buy. My favorite thus far is "Serenity"
although I also tend to enjoy the 1950s-1960s B movies. For TV, it's SF or
things like Castle & Bones however Hulu doesn't have any of the CSI series
or NCIS which I also like. Music is Enigma or some of the 1990s tracked
music (of which some I also composed though it was among that which was lost
in the move here) however a number of acts from AGT have gotten my
attention, the latest of which being Poplyfe. (They impressed me enough
that when they cut a CD, I will buy it.) Occasional diversions of the
Wagner or Beethoven flavor come along as well.

On my rare non-shopping or non-going to the VA Clinic excursions out, I'm
either scouting for places I want to photograph* or actually taking pics
with my ubercool** Canon 20D or video with another Canon piece or two***.
These are related to the Noelle AV Project**** which has absolute priority
over the website although the truck has a temporary place up there somewhere
since it's part of the last as a camera carrier and transportation.

* These aren't the normal "Oh, how pretty" shots but background panoramas
for use as settings for a number of the renders, still and animated.
Woodlands, abandoned buildings, not so abandoned buildings and other sites
which may not be picturesque but suit my purposes can be found right here on
base so I don't have to go far at all. I even found parts of the old Ewa
MCAS after a bit of searching.

** It has/is getting adapters for a wide variety of non-EOS lenses since EOS
(and the equivalent Nikon) glass is expensive. Fer zample, my current long
zoom lens is a Canon FD 75-200mm which was about 1/4 the cost of the EOS
version. M42 and T-mount lenses are plentiful and cheap as are a few
others.

*** "Or two" depends on if I can either fix my Canon 100MC or acquire an
affordable lightweight means of recording video and stereo audio. The DV
cassette carrier lost a pin and fixing it may prove problematic.

**** I really don't have anything for here but I was on a roll. :-D

I'm sure there's more but now I'll pass it on to whoever wants to pick it up
next.

Best regards,
