Additional notes:
Except for the receiver, junction box, receiver switch box, transmitter,
transmitter control box and extension control box, all of the afore listed
components are interchangeable with the RU-3A, GF-2, RU-4A, GF-3, RU-5A and
GF-4. All except these components, the TX coil sets and the dynamotor are
also interchangeable with the RU-3 & GF-1. Note that some cables (which I
didn't list) and tubes also aren't interchangeable with the RU-3 & GF-1.
The Rx coil sets are useable with the RU-3, -3A, -4, -4A, -5 and -6.

Those are some rare manuals that I don't have.
I have these that are not on your list of possessed manuals:
RU-2a
RU-3/GF-1
RU-8/GF-6
RU-9/GF-7
SCR-AH-183
SCR-AK-183
SCR-AL-183/283
SCR-AQ-283
SCR-AR-183/283

That's some information I'd like to have too. I have the table below
showing
the RU/GF, RU, and RAJ major units. It is partially filled with the
information
I've obtained from various sources...manuals whenever possible.
System Receiver Transmitter Junction Power Unit Contract

Data verification that is needed is, for example, the component number
CBY-46048 and if it is 46048, 46048A, 46048B, 46048C, or 46048D.
Some interesting things about differences in receivers:
(1) NT-46048 (liaison) receivers have the AGC bias resistor in the
receiver,
while NT-46051 (command) receivers have the AGC bias resistor located in
the power unit base. Having the bias resistor in each receiver allows
the liaison receiver system to accomodate one or two receivers without
multiple receivers affecting the bias voltage generated. I don't know
what the difference is between NT-46048 through NT-46048D, nor NT-46051
and NT-46051A.
(2) RU-8 and RU-9 use CBY-46064. Later RU receivers revert back to
NT-46048*
or NT-46051*. That's because CBY-46064 used ganged tuning capacitors with
larger
maximum capacity than other RU receivers. This was to allow a larger tuning
range for a coil set in the RU-8 and RU-9 systems.
