[Milsurplus] A few RU component values

I believe you are referring to part 33 which is mounted horizontally in a 
clip beside the third 78. It is 7,000 Ohm, +/-2%, center tapped, 8W, wire 
wound. One end is grounded. The other end goes to the connector pin 80. The 
center tap goes to the screens of the three type 78 tubes through isolation 
resistors with bypass capacitors.
