[Milsurplus] Navy Ship-Board Freq Gen

For size reference, the green box visible in the photo to the right of the 
LP-3 (technically only the CAG-60006) is a BC-604 (or less likely BC-684).  
I have an Instruction Book on the LP-3 somewhere.  Also a power supply for 
LP-5 (not confirmed as working with LP-3 but might).
