Now- another "name it". I do NOT know if this is a mil-radio related item. 
Maybe
ground stake of some kind???

=Aluminum nail, 7 inches long x 3/16 inch, with ribbed surface ridges for 
holding power.
Why aluminum??  Only one like this I have ever seen.
