I still have a stack of ART-13 transmitters and frequency control plug-ins.
An ideal trade for me would be a pair of 18' (or so) tubular telescopingHF whips and base mounting insulators as were used on US Navy tin cans.The telescoping size goes from about 4" to 1.5".
