They are not the same (unless they merged).
Sailor and Skanti are also separate marine receiver manufacturers 
(unless they merged...there was alot of consolidation as HF started to 
die)..
Electron-Nav is another virtually unknown brand.
They should all be in the next edition of Fred Osterman's Shortwave 
Receivers Past and Present, due out in 2012.

In the meantime, let me suggest this site:
