NAVSHIPS 900,109 sez that it's an RF choke for FH, SH, and SJ radars, Hue:
Rated 3 millihenries at 1800 cycles and 0 amp DC.
DC resistance 45 ohms DC. 1525 turns #34DS.
Rated 1 watt maximum.
Multi-section, duolateral wound on a ceramic spool, housed in an oil
filled ceramic container.
